When we went to the Zoo on Saturday we noticed the signs for the Thomas the Train exhibit at the Florida Gold Coast Train Museum which is right next to the zoo. We decided to stay the night in Miami and go to the exhibit the next day. Grace LOVES Thomas the Train. We went to the exhibit, which was only in Miami for two weekends, we timed that right! Grace was excited to see the different Thomas merchandise when we walked in. We had a great time. We saw Thomas and even went on a train ride with Thomas. Grace wasn't too excited about the Mayor of the Island of Sodor, Sir Topham Hatt. She WOULD NOT go near him, but she didn't mind meeting the train conductor. Regardless, we had a good time seeing all the old trains in various stages if rebuilding and enjoying the sunshine. We even got to see the Presidential train. We're going to go back up and tour the rest of the Florida Gold Coast Train Museum when there isn't a Thomas The Train exhibit going on.
