For my work, I am helping to liquidate assets for an estate. One of the assets is a 2012 Honda Civic EX. It takes a while to get estates open through the courts in order to liquidate the assets. We finally have the estate open, and I needed to wash the car in order to take photos and post it for sale. When I first started getting Grace ready for helping me wash the car, it was beautiful and sunny outside. By the time we finally got her "Angelina Ballerina" swimsuit on and her hair in braids, it was a different story. I decided to wash the car anyways. We were almost done washing it when it started to rain. I took cover under the carport, but my little helper loved the bubbles, water and didn't mind the rain. She was such a good little car washer. Too bad she can only get about 3 feet and below. Oh well, what she did get, she did well with. Such a big help! We finished washing the car and went to watch the water funnels over the ocean.
After the car wash and the rain, came the puddles. This is Grace's favorite part of washing cars and of rain storms. I had left the bucket out in the rain. She ran from the puddles to the bucket and stood in the buckets. I asked her what she was doing, she said she was washing her shoes. Silly girl! She did this for quite a while, until another storm rolled in and the thunder and lightening were too close.
