I think Grace has the idea down now about Easter. She was a whizz at the egg hunt and even knew that they held candy. We started our morning by getting dressed and heading to church. I think everyone and their dog had the same idea that day. It was packed. We still had a nice time and the service was wonderful. After church we headed home to see what treasures the Easter Bunny had left the family. Before the Easter festivities took place we managed to snap a few family photos before the chaos. Grace loved her basket of goodies from the EB. She kept pushing the bow on Cinderella's chest to make her sing, over and over and over again. What was my rule about plastic battery operated junk again?!? Carrera loved her watercolor pencils and of course Brandon loved his chocolate bunnies. Yes, that is correct, two dark chocolate bunnies. After the baskets Grace headed outside to find the eggs that were hidden. We had to make it quick because it was so hot outside and the candy was getting soft inside the eggs. The rest of the afternoon we spent trying to get Grace down off of her sugar high. It was a nice day with the family. Happy Easter Everyone!
