It was that time of the year again. Time for the annual air show at Boca Chica. We learned from last year that we needed good ear protection for Grace. Toddlers don't keep ear plugs in. The Blue Angels weren't there this year, but there was lots of other noisy jets. Grace LOVED the airplanes and enjoyed it a lot more this year. Grace really thought that the WWII blue Navy airplane should be hers. She kept saying that she was going fly her airplane. She loved seeing it fly next to the Navy jet. The different branches of the military were there all showing off thier boats, planes and helicopters. Grace had a blast! This years show was a lot smaller compared to last year, but it was nice. We actually got to get up next to a lot of the airplanes and see them up close. It was hot outside, but I'm glad there was a nice breeze to keep us comfortable. I can't wait for next year!
