Roasting Marshmallows and Jumping

Grace has been super busy lately. She is starting to get the hang of potty training *finally*! Today she did have an accident, which led in her cardboard condo being thrown out. I should have known when she kept asking for a towel that something was up. So the trampoline has now moved in to the former condo's position. Grace is thrilled because she can jump all night long, not just during the daylight. Of course Brandon had to provide the soundtrack to Grace jumping, House of Pain's song "Jump Around".

Also today Grace got to experience her first roasted marshmallow. She didn't much care for them roasted, but she ate a bunch of them right out of the bag. Of course we had to roast them Key West style, over the bbq. We also didn't have any large marshmallows, so we had to use the little ones. Grace had more fun putting them on the bbq poker. She did like to watch them catch on fire and blow them out too. Kind of reminds me of camping with Grandma and Grandpa Lee, Ron, Bonnie, Chris and Grady when I was a kid. I remember Grady burning the marshmallows beyond recognition and wanting to share his flaming treasure with everyone. I hope Grace enjoys roasting marshmallows as much as I did growing up.
