I really want Grace to be potty trained, I'm tired of washing diapers. She got a potty chair and 'big girl' panties for Christmas. I thought I would try again today to potty train her. I put her big girl panties on her and kept taking her to the bathroom every ten minutes. We've been working with her for a while now. She knows to go in to the bathroom and sit on the potty. We've been making a "psss" sound to help her relate to what she should be doing. It's not working. She will sit there for about ten seconds, sign and say "all done", get up and shut the lid. Today however, she learned to pull her panties back up, but she can only get them up in the front and not in the back. It's cute to see baby butt cheeks streaking through the house, until you realize that there is pee streaming down her legs, which I unintentionally captured in the last photo.
So, today's score - Grace: 1; Potty Training: 0. We will try this again some other time.
