Six Month Stats

Well we had Grace's six month well baby check up today. She is healthy. She measured 26.97 inches long, she weighs 18lbs 3oz and has a head circumference of 44.5 centimeters. She is measuring in the 90-97% percentile for her age. She also had three shots today. Thankfully Brandon was in the room with her for those. They make me cry. She did well though. Now we are done with shots until she is a year old. These photos are of Brandon and Grace playing before her bedtime. She likes it when Brandon helps her "fly".

6 Months Old

Well Grace turned six months old today. Where did the time go? She is changing so much. She still loves her baths though!

Speyer

We took advantage of a nice sunny day here in Germany. We decided to have a family outing and go explore Speyer. It's a beautiful little town. We enjoyed going through the beautiful old Cathederal and exploring the rest of the town. We finished off the afternoon by enjoying dinner and some great German beers at a local restaurant. Of course our day wasn't complete without getting ice cream. We had a great time.

My "Berry" Sweet Girl

We have discovered that Grace really likes strawberries. Brandon decided to feed her a strawberry the other night. She hasn't quite mastered actually chewing it, since she doesn't have any teeth, but she can suck on it really well. She made such a mess, but she enjoyed it!

What a difference in five months

I ran across the photo of Brandon holding Grace right before a bath. It's one of my favorite photos. She looks so little and adorable. I decided to have Brandon pose with Grace again like that, so we could see the difference. It just so happens that I took these two photos five months apart to the day. She looks so different. I don't really notice the changes in her since I see her every day. But looking back it's hard not to see the differences. She's growing up so fast.
